Duties & taxes
Canada: Sales tax will be collected based on the shipment province. You will not be charged any duties when the package is delivered.
International: Your order will be dispatched with Delivery Duties Unpaid, which means you will be responsible for any duties, fees, or import taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for additional details.

On shipments over $2500 CAD, we are glad to offer FREE shipping within Canada and the United States of America (before taxes and duties).

Shipping time
Please allow 4-7 days for handling, plus the time frame specified in the product description. If you order multiple goods, they will all be delivered together. Orders are rarely dispatched the same day they are received. Please email us to enquire about express shipping if you want a fast order. We will do everything possible to meet your deadline.
