I am a 2021 bride and I had a great experience with Lux Collections. The owner is very personable and has a very welcoming environment. I like that Lux Collections does not apply pressure with their sales approach. The owner is very reasonable with his quotes and his vendor in India is excellent. I received my outfit within a couple of months of finalizing my order and it came with a complimentary custom bridal mask which is absolutely beautiful and will keep me safe while being around others during my wedding. Additionally, the store workers strive their clientele on a first named basis and I am always greeted as if I am a friend or family even though I have only been a client for a few months. Moreover, the minor adjustments that were needed once the item arrived were adjusted very quickly with upholding quality by the alternations worker onsite.

I had amazing experience with them, they are such nice people and provide great service! I went in with a photo of a bridal lengha I wanted to recreate while still staying in a budget, they understood completely and gave me the options to how it could work out. They ordered a swatch of the piece for me as well just to make sure once again this is exactly what I wanted. It was beautiful when it came in, everything was just like I had asked for! That’s why I decided to get my reception lengha as well from them, that was also beyond expectations. I for sure recommend them to anyone who wants to get amazing outfits but amazing customer service as well.
